1988: Bought in a nearly original state (dual oil line and rear indicators carrier mounted)

Some time it started with adding of bull's eye indicators. Another handlebar followed. Then the BSM muffler, then another rear light, front-shifted footrests, wide handlebar, flat seat, short shock-absorbers, steel winded brake line, headlight lowered, another headlight...

The phases in detail:

September 2006
The sound of the BSM Short became at least subjectively ;) more and more "intensive", so I replaced it with a mat black painted original muffler.
The sound is really different...

November 2005
new front tyre Mefo MFE99 Explorer (onto the cast rim because the rear wheel is also the cast wheel again).
The MFE99 is currently the only enduro tyre for the SR with a 3.5-19 inch front wheel (without registration of the metric (100/90-19) size) and I am pleased with it.

Oktober 2005
the new rear tyre Avon AM44 onto the cast rim because the spoke wheel must be adjusted first.
Also a new rearview mirror (round and black)

finally: after nearly three years and 24.800(!) km the Metzeler Enduro2 on the rear wheel is down and calls for a change. At this opportunity I finally changed the cast wheel to a spoke wheel. The new tyre is an Avon Distanzia AM 44. Let's see if it will run so long, too;-)

In between phase: 4 mini indicators, because the bull's eye indicators were too thick for the new handlebar. I had to replace the twisted one after a clumsiness. Again a Fehling LD10, but now a 3 mm tube. The handlebar got turned off by a friend for the bull's eye indicators at the ends about 1 mm.
