From 1978 till 2000 I was active as a flautist at the Werdener Spielleuteverein 1909 e.V. Last I've been secretary, too and tried to learn the drums. But by move and new arrivals to the family the spare time ran short. After two years of unsatisfactory compromises I decided to leave the active corps of the Werdener Spielleute with a heavy heart. I'm still only a nonactive member.

100 years Werdener Spielleuteverein 1909 e.V.
From 04. to 06. September 2009 the Werdener Spielleute celebrated their 100. anniversary.
95 years Werdener Spielleuteverein 1909 e.V.
On 23. and 24. July 2004 the Werdener Spielleute celebrated their 95. anniversary
This was cause to give some promenade concerts, to think of the deceaseds by laying down a wreath and to organize a drums and fifes friendship meeting.
